September Currently

I am linking up with Farley from Oh Boy Fourth Grade for my very first Currently.

LISTENING: I never watched the TV show Felicity when it was on, but it has been great background watching and listening as I have been working at home the past few weeks. I'm not sure how I feel about the show and how accurate it is about portraying college life, but I am loving young Scott Foley!

LOVING: I got a new blog design recently by Lindsey Paull at L Paull Designs for All and Miss Johnston's Journey. She was so great to work with. She made adjustments according to my feedback and the turnaround was so quick. I am now working to rebrand my other social media platforms like Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and Teachers Pay Teachers to match. I have loved this creative outlet and have learned a lot about Bitly, Canva, Photobucket, and more.

THINKING: I want a new teacher bag. I don't necessarily need one, but I am loving the style and the cause behind Better Life Bags.

WANTING: I can't believe I am already feeling sick! I could feel it coming on the past few days, but I woke up this morning with a full blown sore throat...on my 3 day weekend! I've been drinking tea all day, but no relief!

NEEDING: So much to do, so little time. The back to school craziness has slowed down a little bit (we started August 3rd), but there is still so much to keep up with at school. I also want to add some more things I've been working on to my TpT store, but I'm still getting home so late. Could we just extend the day a little bit?

3 GOALS: 1.) Like I said, I need more hours in the day to keep up with TpT and school. My goal is to get 5 new products posted this month. 2.) I feel so much better when I read every night before bed. I lost this habit over the summer and need to get back on track. 3.) I started redecorating the porch in May, but then it got way to hot and humid (Louisiana summer) to even be outside. I need to get back out there and clean up and continue redecorating now that the evenings are cooler so we can start spending time out there.

  1. I have been busy watching One Tree Hill! I loved Felicity - maybe that should be next on my list!

  2. Hey! Check out thirty one gifts for a new teacher bag! A lot of pockets and very cute designs!

  3. OH EM GEEEEE! I know the girl who started Better Life Bags! Her testimony is so inspiring!

  4. Good luck with your new school. It sounds like you made a great move. That's always a good thing. Happy March :)
